Apple’s 2027 lineup will have new iPhone, iPad and Mac models as they normally would, but they will be accompanied by an entirely new iPhone Pro model, a foldable iPhone, and smart glasses. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman revealed the revised information in his recent Power On newsletter.

The new Fold and iPhone Pro models will debut in time for the iPhone’s 20th anniversary. Gurman already revealed that the device would “make extensive use of glass” on the iPhone 19 Pro, and we now learn a little more that the device is said to have a curved design. It will not have any cutouts on the display, which means Apple will finally provide an under-display Face ID solution.
Apple’s initial foldable will boast a “virtually invisible” display crease on its 7.8″ primary display due to its proprietary Samsung Display-built panel. This is a regular rumor and one that will serve to set the iPhone Fold apart from other competitors.

But that’s apparently not all that Apple has in store for 2027, as the new report also suggests we’ll see the brand’s first smart glasses. These will be more in line with the Ray-Ban Meta glasses and feature Apple Intelligence with multiple cameras providing Visual Intelligence features.
Gurman also reiterated that Apple is looking to launch Apple Watch and AirPods models with built-in cameras for Visual Intelligence
